Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations less than 7-night stays: There may be a fee of 45.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory fee. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. 3 ALL Tire chains are required during snow fall. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. The units do not have air conditioning. If needed, fans can be requested. The guest would become a legal tenant when staying for 29 nights. The guest MUST check out for at least one whole night on the 28th night or earlier. No ski/boarding equipment are allowed in the units. There are storage lockers on the main floor for the skis and snowboard.
