Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. No RV parking No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. ALL High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. All inbounds must contact the key holder prior to their arrival to arrange key collection. No check in before 3.00PM. The key holder must be contacted for all bookings made within 14 days of check-in. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Bicycles are not permitted inside buildings or units. There are bike racks available in the garage.
