Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Some two-bedroom units are lock-off style and consist of two adjoining units. Some one-bedroom units may have more square footage, and there is an upgrade fee if guests request to move units. The resort can provide details on unit configurations. Guests may stay a maximum of 3 weeks or utilize up to 3 units per 12-month period within the following group of resorts per RCI account: Silver Lake Resort #2610, Silver Lake Resort-Silver Points #6815. THIS IS A RENTAL RESTRICTION ONLY and is strictly enforced. Violations will be canceled without exception. Resort cannot adjust travel dates.
