Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per week. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee covers the security deposit and incidentals. Yes Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort does not accept American Express or personal checks. LIMITED Pet-friendly units. Please contact the resort directly at (207)646-6044 before finalizing travel plans to ensure a pet-friendly unit is available. One-bedroom lockoff units consist of two studios with a connecting door. We have multi-floor buildings with no elevator access. Call the resort immediately following the completion of your reservation if you want to request a first-floor unit.
