Mandatory resort fee is 111.38 USD, per stay, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Premium Wi-FI and additional personal amenities. Package fee is 5 USD for all units, per usage. Cash or Credit is accepted. Package & mail handling fee for any mail/package received by the resort on behalf of a guest. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Please check with resort for smoking policy. 3/4 Split 3 ALL Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Smoking is not allowed in units. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Guest certificate required if person checking in is not on the account. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The Federal Endangered Species Act requires ALL WINDOWS AND BLINDS drawn from sunset to sunrise, May 1st thru October 1st. The resort does not offer planned activities at the property. Check-in hours are 5 pm to 8 pm. Front Desk hours M-F 9a-6p, Sat 9a-7p, Sun 9a-5p. Please call the resort at least a day in advance if checking in after 8:00 pm. Check-in hours are 5 pm to 8 pm.
