No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. There is a king bed in the master bedroom in the one- and two-bedroom units. The front desk is open Monday-Friday 8:00 am to 4:00 pm, Saturday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, and closed on Sundays. If arriving outside office hours, guests must notify Sands Beach Club in advance of the scheduled check-in time for instructions on how to retrieve their arrival packet from the lockbox. Please call the resort in advance for after-hours check-in details. Absolutely no inside parties. Smoking is not allowed in units. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
