Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Minimum age check in is 25. Yes No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Front desk is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturday; closed on Sunday Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Resort uses the pools that are owned by a hotel/casino. No one under the age of 21 is allowed on the hotel property, including the pools. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. The property is situated behind the Treasure Bay Resort; therefore, there are no water views from the units. The beach on the Gulf is only a 10minute walk from the property. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Please be advised that Royal Holiday Beach Resort is a fixed week property (Saturday to Saturday); therefore, all units are assigned at the time of confirmation. Room moves are not possible at the resort level. If a guest has a reservation that crosses over two fixed weeks, they must move rooms during their stay.
