Fee Advisements MANDTORY RESORT FEE: USD$217 PER WEEK PER UNIT OR USD$31 PER UNIT PER NIGHT PLUS APPLICABLE TAX. MANDATORY RESORT FEE WILL BE PAID TO RESORT AT CHECK-IN. We have included all fees and surcharges provided to us by the resort. Resort fees include: internet, WiFi, parking, use of seasonal equipment like bikes, golf clubs, tennis raquets, snowshoes, and fishing pole. THERE IS A WEEKLY PARKING FEE OF USD$119 FOR ONE CAR PER ? WEEK, OR USD$17 PER NIGHT FOR ONE CAR. Security deposits may be required. The amount and form of payment varies by resort and/or season, e.g. Spring Break. Required surcharges (energy, accommodations/occupancy tax, fees or other miscellaneous) service charges, telephone connection fees, long distance phone charges, personal charges,and applicable amenities usage,and housekeeping fees are the responsibility of the occupant and are payable directly to the resort. Fees and surcharges are subject to change without notice. Resort parking is typically limited to one car per unit. A parking fee may be charged. Some resorts may have no on-site parking, requiring the use of an alternate off-site facility at an additional fee. Prior arrangements must be made for parking trailers, boats, motorcycles or any type of recreational vehicle (may not have on-site). Important Advisements The off-site construction notice: Work is done through September 30, 2025, broadband lines will be installed underground along State Route 28 from Tahoe City to Stateline. Work will be taking place around the clock, with one-lane, controlled traffic in both directions(excluding Friday evening- Sundays 6:00 pm and non-Holidays). Floor fans for white noise will be provided in each unit. Please contact Red Wolf Lodge at Olympic Valley directly for further details. Construction projects are on-going throughout Squaw Valley in an effort to enhance the area. Work on projects may commence as early as 7:00 a.m. and terminate as late as 8:00 p.m. Related conditions should be expected. Guest Services Ordinarily, daily maid service will not be provided. At those resorts offering such a service, it is usually at an additional fee. Additional Information Please review the Confirmation Certificate provided for each completed transaction to verify that all resort and date information reflects the vacation arrangements requested. The host accommodations are for use by the individual(s) named on the Certificate and accompanying guests, unless a Guest Certificate is obtained. The Certificate recipient must be over the age of 21. The host unit may vary from the one indicated. The Certificate does not indicate that a particular view or unit location will be provided at the destination resort. If confirmed to multiple stays at the same resort, you may be required to move to another unit for each stay confirmed. Pets are not allowed on-site unless otherwise indicated.
