Saturday November 29, 2025 (7 nights) $2800
We have two of these hard to find presidential units (2 bedroom) booked
for this popular November week. Each sleeps 8 and is perfect for a family
or a few couples to share. Rental price noted is for one presidential
unit
Are you planning a wedding or a large group get-together? We also have a
rare 4 bedroom MonteCristo Villa reserved for November 23, 2025 -
December 1, 2025 (8 Nights). This gives you the ability to have up to 8
bedrooms booked at the Sunset Beach resort for this popular November
week.
We have been renting our units at this resort for over 15 years. Rental
is easy. We require 50% of the rental fee at booking and the balance at
least 60 days prior to check in. I provide a rental agreement. After the
full price has been paid, I will transfer the reservation into your name.
The resort will email you the reservation in your name and you can then
book additional services (all-inclusive, spa and golf) directly with the
resort for additional fees.
Check-in time is 4 PM check-out time is 10 AM
