This posting is for ONE week. The price for one week is $1,000. This does
not include Paypal fees of $40, if you choose to pay via Paypal. If you
want any other week, let me know, and I will check on your behalf. It's
the beginning of March and things are already getting tight for the fall
and early winter.

I have EIGHT weeks total in a Junior Suite available for rent. Please
contact me with the dates you want and the number of weeks, and I will
find out availability. I won't reserve the date until you confirm with me
that you want it.
The weeks go from MONDAY TO MONDAY. If you are interested in, say, four
or five days of a particular week, the price is the same as if you used
all 7 days.
*****NOTE: As of January 2, the Rose is booked solid through May 31. Most
of the rest of the *****year is still available, although Reservations
staff informed me that there is a week here and ****here that is sold
out.
I accept payment via a CHECK, PAYPAL OR VENMO. --If you pay via a
personal check, I will wait ten business days for the check to clear
before re-assigning to room to you. --If you pay via PayPal, you will
need to add $40 to the rent, as PayPal charges fees. Use the "goods and
services," and PayPal gives you some protection. --If you pay via Venmo,
there would be no waiting or fees!
I have owned weeks here since the year 2000. I am renting only to recoup
our expenses. This is not a business venture. My day job is as a Realtor,
and my license depends upon honesty and transparency in all transactions.
I tell you this so that you can be assured that I follow through on
whatever I say I will do.
A "Junior Suite" is sometimes called a "studio." If you haven't been to
the Rose, picture a much larger than usual hotel room with an adjacent
living area (sofa and chairs) and a private balcony, in addition to the
partial kitchen and full bathroom. Add lots of sunshine!
There are two full-size beds.
The Junior Suites circle the swimming pool or the reflecting pool or a
charming area with enormous bird cages. A few Junior Suites have a
partial view--a sliver of a view--of the ocean.
The Rose is within a few blocks of the downtown area. Guests who rent
from me have access to the spa and can reserve/pay for services such as
massages and facials. Guests also have full usage of an outstanding
workout room.
The Rose is right on the beach, and looks out into the famous view of the
end of Baha California. I think you'll recognize it when you see it.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
