Lazy River will be closed from February 23, 2026 to March 13, 2026. The Lazy River Complex will be undergoing significant renovations. Indoor pool will be closed from February 23, 2026 to March 31, 2026. The Indoor Pool will be undergoing major renovations. The Fitness Center and Mother Earth Day Spa will still be operational. The Heated Outdoor Pool will be open. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per unit, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No boat parking No large vehicle parking No RV parking No trailers Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 2 ALL Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay. No golf carts, RVs, boats, or trailers are allowed on the property. All hotel units that sleep 4, privacy for 2 are one room only with a King Bed and Double Sleeper sofa; if sleeping 4 people in the unit, all guests will be accommodated in the same room. Due to high demand, upgrades are not offered or available May through September annually. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
