Pets fee is 150.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. The pet fee is USD 125.00 to USD 150.00 for the first two pets, and each additional pet is USD 100. Late check-out fee is 50.00 USD for all units, per hour. Cash or Credit is accepted. No boat parking No RV parking Minimum age check-in is 21. Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. 0 ALL Unit moves may be required for Points stays fewer than seven nights or stays that cross check-in days. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. The office is open on Friday for checking in guests from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm in unit 505. If arriving after our check-in hours or arriving on a day other than Friday, contact our after-hours service at (443) 856-4725 for remote check-in.
