Plantation Beach Club at South Seas Island Resort is an extremely hard
resort to trade into. Walk right out onto the beach. This is the only
phase at South Seas directly on the Gulf. This is a newly renovated villa
that is on the upper floor, but there are elevators. Breathtaking views
of the Gulf of Mexico!! This resort has three pools to choose from. Grill
area right next to the pools as well as a laundry room. This is a
phenomenal resort and a great time to go to beat the crowds. Photos are
of actual unit for rent taken 2021. Villas at this resort may also be
booked directly from South Seas for twice the price, so this is the most
economical way of staying here. Sorry, we do not use escrow services.

More information on our formula...
Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
Hotel total cost includes a 10% hotel tax whereas the average U.S. hotel tax is currently around 13.4%.
Timeshare total cost includes an increase in maintenance dues each year of 3%, as well as an estimated $1,000 in closing and transfer costs. These are estimated and will vary by state, county and resort.
Total savings does not take into consideration the added benefit of a timeshare unit having a spacious living room, washer and dryer, dining room and full kitchen, all of which add value and potential savings when you have the option to do your own laundry and enjoy a home cooked meal instead of dining out.
