Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. *** Remote Check In Details*** Please go directly to your unit at the Pines at Meadow Ridge, located at 83 Meadow Lane, Fraser, CO 80442. Enter the unit entry access code provided in your confirmation email on the day of arrival, after the 4:00 pm check-in time. Please contact the office at 970-726-2801 to confirm your arrival. You must receive a confirmation email from the resort before you can check in. Pets are not allowed at any time. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
