Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. No exceptions. One bathroom in every unit. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. From June through September, Ruidoso experiences intense summer storms that can cause flash flooding and road hazards due to the post-burn scar areas. Please be advised, Reservations that do not start and end on a Friday will be subject to a cleaning fee and possible room moves during your stay. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you.
