Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. May first through November first Endangered Species Act requires all window blinds to be drawn sunset to sunrise, violations can result up to a $250 fine. There is no access to the beach from the resort due to hurricane damage. Beach access is a 5-minute walk from the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Accommodations are guaranteed for 48 hours after the designated check-in day, however, notice of late arrival will extend that time. If we do not hear from you within that 48 hour period after the designated checkin day, your reservation will be canceled. If you are sending a guest, providing us with their name will prevent any delay upon their registration.
