Owner Notes
Villas #14 and 26 are on the second floor with an ocean view from both
patios. Both units are available from June 21-28 and June 28-July 5, if
you wish to rent one or both of them for two consecutive weeks. You also
may wish to rent each of them the same week if you wanted two units the
same week for more than one family. You also could rent just one unit for
either of the two weeks listed. I am asking $1,249 per week for each unit
rented but I can provide a discount of $200 for the rental of more than
one unit either the same week or two consecutive weeks. These two weeks
are in high demand on Paradise Island for families with children.
Let me know if you need any clarification of the rental option structure
I have outlined.
Each unit has a spacious, fully furnished patio. Each remodeled and
refurbished villa is just steps away from the white sandy beach and
ocean, as well as the large outdoor pool and restaurant/ bar areas
featuring recently installed wooden decks, eating, and spacious lounging
areas.
Ideal quiet and private resort on Paradise Island, situated on the far
end of the island, away from the highly crowded Atlantis beach and other
resort complexes and tourist beaches. Enjoy free beach lounge chairs and
umbrellas. Just a short stroll on the beach, also, to a quiet swimming,
snorkeling/sunny cove area. Your resort offers, if you wish, special
prices for the Atlantis venues and family activities, and the friendly
resort staff will assist you with planning for other island excursions,
evening sunset cruises, etc.
Resort guests enjoy a free Monday evening Manager's cocktail hour with
great Bahamian finger food and entertainment. Popular Wednesday evening
Bahamian/Western buffet ($40 per adult and $20 children's prices) served
on the extensive wooden deck overlooking the beach and ocean and
featuring fun Bahamian festivities for everyone, and a great sunset view.
Saturday arriving guests enjoy special restaurant beverages prices, and
there are daily, lower happy hour beverage prices.
On-site exercise equipment, a centralized washer/dryer facility, mini
mart and fresh deli area are available for guests. The resort has a $140
per week, per villa energy charge, and each villa is required to spend a
combined total $125 for food and beverages during the week at the pool
restaurant, which also can include the food costs associated with the
Bahamian Night buffet.
It is just a short walk or cab ride to the Atlantis shopping/restaurant
area and its casinos, and a convenient cab ride across the island's
harbor bridge to Nassau's famous Straw Market, fine dining restaurants,
and shopping/entertainment venues. I will be happy to answer any
questions you may have while considering renting one or both weeks at the
Paradise Island Beach Club.
