Mandatory amenities fee is 7.00 USD, per night, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. For use of amenities, WiFi, laundry, resort activities/recreation. No boat parking No RV parking No large vehicle parking No trailers Occupancy limits are strictly enforded. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. All buildings now have elevators. There is WIFI access throughout the resort. Full YMCA Privileges and $20 golf including green fees and cart are available to RCI inbounds. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
