Mandatory internet fee is 15.00 USD, per stay, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI Points reservations: There may be a fee of 50.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Yes Children of any age count towards the total Occupancy Limit. Pets are not permitted at the resort. Please check with resort for smoking policy. This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 u 2 ALL Points Reservations may have to relocate units during stay. There are stairways leading to all upper units. The resort consists of 7 buildings, each with up to 3 levels, and there are no elevators. If you prefer a ground floor unit, please contact the resort to be placed on the waiting list. However, they cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If confirm close date (48 hours or less prior to check in time), you must contact resort at 865-453-3240 for check-in instructions and to notify resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves.
