Mandatory security deposit fee is 200.00 AUD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory. Refunded once housekeeping has checked the room upon departure. Late check-in fee is 100.00 AUD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Must contact resort prior to travel, or call out fee will apply. Minimum age check-in is 23. Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 7 ALL Guests aged 18-21 must be accompanied by a parent. Guests under the age of 22 are not permitted to stay overnight at the resort without a parent or legal guardian accompanying them. Pet-friendly Thursday units MUST be requested in advance and are subject to availability for a fee. A Visa may be required. Determine requirements prior to your visit. Resort does not accept 'Schoolies', 'University' or similar 'Celebration' bookings. Resort Management has advised 'schoolies, 'university' or similar 'celebration' groups that slip past the reservations department will be refused check in at the Resort without exception. Resort has an electric car charging station. Reception hours are Monday-Sunday 9am – 6pm. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
