Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Units with lofts have full stairs (not spiral) to an open loft (semi-private) area with another bathroom. The resort is a multi-floor building with no elevator access. There are many stairs leading to each unit. Units cannot be switched or changed upon arrival. All special requests must be made in advance. Unit view not guaranteed. Ski Granby Ranch closes the last Sunday in March; Winter Park typically stays open until mid-April. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. This resort pledges to comply with ‘Timeshare Safe Welcome’, ARDA’s recommended Industry Guidance to promote health and safety in the Timeshare Industry. Visit www.ARDA.org for complete details. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Smoking is not allowed in units. Units are not air-conditioned. Fans may be rented for a fee. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Check-in before 4 pm is not available. Property has keyless entry-you will be emailed all the necessary check-in information to go directly to your unit. The resort office is currently closed to the public. If no email is on file, your unit access code packet will be left in a drop box outside the front door. You must call the office the following morning to complete the check-in process. All special requests MUST be made at least 2 weeks in advance. On the date of arrival your assigned unit is final, with no possibility of upgrading or switching units.

Hotels usually sleep 2 adults per room, whereas the average timeshare units offer multiple private bedrooms, sleeper sofas and sometimes even bunk beds - adding value not calculated here. Timeshare properties are condo style units that contain all of the comforts of home... and then some!
