Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 3 % for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Minimum age check-in is 18. Hotel units are recommended for 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No more than 2 consecutive or simultaneous units are allowed to be booked. ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Multiple and consecutive bookings are allowed. In the case that a customer has multiple reservations, each room must be assigned a different responsible person's name (i.e., the same name cannot be used for multiple rooms on the same travel date). Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories regarding the NEW Smoking Law in Mexico.
