Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory resort fee is 1700.00 U.S. dollars, per room, per stay, for 2 Bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 3 % . Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Fees for some utilities, including gas & electricity charged by the resort, may vary based on the duration of stay, time of year, room size, and/or actual usage during your stay, and are subject to change. These fees are not included in the total booking price & are payable directly to the resort. Multiple and consecutive reservations are allowed. For multiple reservations, a guest certificate must be added starting from the confirmation of the second unit. Subscriber resort fees apply to multiple reservations when the account holders travel. Guests traveling without Subscriber 1 or 2 listed on the RCI account must pay the guest's Mandatory Resort Fee. Joint members should contact RCI for special instructions before making their reservation. Prepay the fee 48 hours after the unit is confirmed or 30 days prior to check-in by accessing the email sent by Vidanta with instructions to pay online or at 866-PAYNOW1/ 866-729-6691. Vidanta owners cannot confirm Vidanta properties through RCI, including Mayan Palace, The Bliss, Grand Mayan, Grand Bliss, Grand Luxxe, Celebrate, Kingdom of the Sun and The Cascades. Violations will be canceled. Please complete your pre-check-in by visiting https://precheckin.vidanta.com/home. The resort receives updates on reservations, including guest certificates, within 72 hours of confirmation. The fee does not cover local taxes. The resort fee includes a welcome cocktail, gym access for all guests, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi for up to three devices, local phone calls, and an in-room secure lockbox. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. This resort has Mandatory Resort Fees.
