Mandatory resort fee is 150 USD, per week, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. A mandatory weekly miscellaneous resort fee is charged at check-in. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. This fee is paid at check-in with a credit card. No boat parking No trailers No RV parking No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Please check with resort for smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. This resort allows you, or anyone in your party, to stay a combined total of 2 weeks (or utilize 2 u 7 ALL No lock box check-in is available for arrivals after 7pm. There is a daily towel exchange available to guests. Guests MUST check-in between 9am and 7pm. If you will arrive late, please contact the resort at least 48 hours in advance. Check-in is offered Friday through Monday ONLY. The resort now provides Internet access in all guest suites. Guests can stream movies or games for an additional fee. Privacy Sign: At any time, resort management and housekeeping staff can enter your suite to address safety concerns or provide service. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
