Mandatory amenities fee is 30.00 USD, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. The fee is less if you are staying less than 7 nights. Mandatory security deposit fee is 150.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. All major credit cards accepted: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX. Cash is not accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 0 ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Do not make reservations within 48 hours of arrival. Front desk hours Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 7:00 am to 9:00 pm. Sunday 8:00am to 4:00 pm.
