Mandatory resort fee is 14.74 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No boat parking No RV parking No trailers Minimum age check-in is 21. Yes Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 4/3 Split 0 ALL Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Hotel units are small and do not have a refrigerator and kitchen facilities. Any requests for changes to the unit configuration confirmed, may require an upgrade, and or housekeeping fee. With the exception of the pool, all resort amenities and activities are located across the street requiring guests to cross 4 lanes of traffic. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
