Mandatory resort fee is 14.50 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory usage fee is 10.00 USD, per stay, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 30.00 USD for studio units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Housekeeping fee for all RCI reservations: There may be a fee of 35.00 USD for 1 bedroom units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No trailers No boat parking No RV parking Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 0 ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Smoking is not allowed in units. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort.
