Mandatory amenities fee is 10.11 USD, per night, per unit, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Any requests for changes to the unit configuration confirmed may require an upgrade fee and/or housekeeping fee. A three-bedroom suite can sleep up to 10 but it is best for 8 or less. Please note that the 3BR has a master bedroom with a king bed, second bedroom has 2 double beds, and the third bedroom is a very small 'den by day and bedroom by night' with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa, and the living room has a pull-out queen sleeper sofa. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort charges a fee of $8.99 plus tax, total 10.11 per unit per day. Resort fees are subject to change without notice.
