Mandatory usage fee is 41.29 U.S. dollars, per night, per room, . Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 U.S. dollars . Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 4.75 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. Units are not suitable for four adults. Studio units have a Murphy bed, which pulls down from the wall in the unit. It is hinged at one end so it can be folded up and stored vertically against the wall when not in use. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Please call the resort if you need any special assistance with luggage or have any disabilities that would make check-in difficult. Resort features high-speed WIFI, beach towels, coolers, umbrellas, boogie boards, in-room safe, Premium cable TV, and a Welcome Beverage Package. You must notify the resort in advance by phone if you will arrive after hours. Arrangements must be made with a staff member during regular business hours. Notification by fax, email, or phone message are not accepted. Failure to properly notify the resort could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Some units are located under a dance club, and noise can be an issue. A valid picture ID is required from all guests to check into this resort.
