Mandatory state lodging tax fee is 40.00 USD for all units, per stay. Cash or Credit is accepted. The mandatory state lodging tax fee is charged based on the size of the unit. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Daily 3 ALL The units are not central air conditioned. Office hours are Monday 8:30am to 2:00pm. Tuesday CLOSED. Wednesday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday 8:3am to 5pm. Thursday 8:30am to 12 noon. If arriving after the office closed, pick up courtesy phone outside of office. Phone rings automatically to a front desk agent who is avialable 24 hours Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. All two-bedroom units are two-story townhomes with stairs up to the second floor. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort.
