Elevator will be closed from March 2, 2026 to March 8, 2026. The only elevator will be undergoing necessary renovations. Guests will need to use the stairs to access their rooms. Please note that there are 19 steps between each floor. Parking fee is 35.00 USD for all units, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per day, plus tax. Mandatory security deposit fee is 250.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Limited parking onsite No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL In accordance with San Francisco Fire Code, Hotel Room (Ballet) and 1-Bedroom (Concerto) units are limited to a maximum of 2 guests. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
