Mandatory utility surcharge fee is 88 EUR, per unit, per week, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per unit per week. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Confirmations made less than five days in advance will NOT be honored. It is mandatory to call the resort at least five days before check-in to arrange key delivery and provide a credit card for the mandatory utility fee. Guests arriving without notice cannot check-in. Smeraldo is a one-bedroom unit with a double bed, a double sofa bed, and bunk beds. Ametista 1 and 2 and Amerent1 and Amerent2 are studios with a double bed and sofa bed suitable for two adults and one child. Topazio & Topazior are tiny 1 bedrooms with double bed & a sofa bed suitable only for 2 adults and 1 child. Rubino is a studio with a double bed & bunk bed not suitable for 4 adults; only 2 adults and 2 children are recommended. Guests over age 14 are required to pay an entry tax for the dates: April 25-30, May 1-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26, June 8-9, 15-16, 22-23, 29-30, and July 6-7, 13-14.
