Mandatory security deposit fee is 50.00 U.S. dollars for all units. Cash only is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. The resort cannot offer unit upgrades or changes. Additional guests are allowed, based on availability, for a fee. Our air-conditioned one-bedroom units sleeping up to six with sea views have a queen bed, two living room single sofa beds, one bath, cable TV, a safe, a refrigerator, a two-burner stove, and kitchen utensils, but no blender or microwave. Two-bedroom units sleep up to six guests with a queen bed, two twin beds, and a sleep sofa in the living room. These units have two bathrooms, two Cable TVs, a kitchenette with a refrigerator, a two-burner electric stove, and basic kitchen utensils. There is no blender or microwave in these units. Water Supply Rationing on Floors: Morning: (06:00 am - 06:30 am / 07:00 am - 07:30 am / 08:00 am - 08:30 am / 09:00 am - 09:30 am) Midday/Afternoon: (11:30 am - 12:30 pm / 02:30 pm - 03:00 pm) Night: (06:00 pm - 06:30 pm / 07:30 pm - 08:00 pm / 09:00 pm - 09:30 pm / 10:30 pm - 11:00 pm) Public Areas: Pool bathrooms, lobby, restaurant, and pool showers are not subject to rationing. Restaurant and Bar Hours are 8 am - 4 pm during High and Low Season. Pool Hours are 10 am - 8 pm. Power outages may occur without prior notice and there is no backup generator. Handicapped-accessible units can be requested, however, they are subject to availability. Contact the resort for specific details. ELEVATOR OUT OF SERVICE FROM 05-25-25: Access to the units will be by stairs only. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort.
