Resort Messages
Mandatory occupancy tax fee is 40.00 USD for 2 bedroom units, per unit, per week. Cash or Credit is accepted. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Daily 3 ALL If you arrive after the office has closed, please pick up the courtesy phone on the wall. You will be connected to another resort which is open 24 hours daily. Please tell them the property you are checking into, plus your last name & first name. They will give you the code for the silver lockbox next to the courtesy phone on the wall. While the resort is oceanfront, the beach is NOT accessible. A swimming beach is located just two miles from the resort. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Office Hours are 8am to 5pm daily. No Air Conditioning - only ceiling fans and window ventilation.
