This spacious owners unit is the best deal on Hollywood Beach. The
building is located on the beach along the famous Hollywood Beach
Broadwalk. No street to cross to get to the beach. Easy walk on access to
the beach. This rental consists of two units. (Usually called a lockout.)
These units only rent side A & B together at this price from the owner.
You will pay this nightly price for one side on travel websites. One side
is a hotel style room with king bed small dining area, coffee maker,
refrigerator, TV and full bath. Adjoining this room is a "studio suite"
style room with full kitchen, living room with murphy bed, dining area,
TV and full bath. Spacious and well furnished this gives you plenty of
room for up to 4 people. Kitchen is well stocked for meal preparation.
Towel service is twice a week. The pool has been newly refurbished and
has a hot tub. An outdoor grill can be reserved for your personal use.
The facility has a gym and two computers for public use. There is a snack
bar by the pool for breakfast and lunch and drinks. Beach chairs and
umbrellas are for rent on the beach. This unit has a partial intercoastal
view. (See picture.) The location is ideal with shops and restaurants
near by. The newly built Publix is on Hollywood Circle only 2 miles away.
The Holly Go Community Shuttle is free within the city limits. The
Circuit is also available for $2 per rider within the city limits. This
building is 1.5 miles on the Broadwalk to Margaritaville. The outdoor
theater at Margaritaville has free live music entertainment Wed - Sun
from 7:00-9:00 PM. 10 mins from Gulfstream Park Racing and Casino. Hard
Rock Casino & Hotel is 10 mins away. Hollywood/Ft Lauderdale airport is 9
