Animals are permitted; You must contact resort prior to travel for restrictions and or fees. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. 7 There is a charge for all sports facilities pools, saunas and the spa. Guests travelling with pets must notify HCR at least 2 weeks before their holiday so that pet fees can be charged. Notification can be made by calling Customer Service on 0300 870 900 (Mon–Fri, 9:00–16:30) or via the form on the Holiday Club website. Bookings must be for 7, 14 or 21 nights, incorrect bookings will be cancelled. Some of the 3 08/06 units are located at area 18 and those units have 1 bedroom downstairs, 2 bedrooms upstairs and two people sleep in the upstairs landing area. Stairs are very steep and not suitable for those with walking difficulties. Loft ladders are very steep and not suitable for the very young or elderly. Two bedroom units for four people have bunk beds in the second bedroom. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price.
