Harborside Resort at Atlantis, Thanksgiving week, 3 bedrooms, 3 baths,
sleeps 10. Free daily passes for up to 10 to the waterpark, which are
usually $150 per person/per day. Major event week is the basketball
tournament, Battle for Atlantis. Schools reporting that they have been
selected are Virginia Tech, Auburn, Ohio State, VCU & St. Mary's. $7,000
for the week.
If renting direct from owner, terms are 50% deposit, balance due 90 days
before occupancy and refund for cancellation if owner can re-rent the
week (minus any loss to owner). Otherwise, RedWeeks payment and
cancellation is in effect.
