Mandatory resort fee is 50.00 USD, per unit, per week, for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Indoor pool fee is 10.00 USD for all units, per usage. Only Credit Cards accepted. Offsite swimming pool fee. Per child ages 4-15, free under 4. Indoor pool fee is 15.00 USD for all units, per person, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. The pool is located off-site and available for guests aged 16 and above. Minimum age check-in is 21. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. ALL If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. The Sugarloaf Golf Course is public and may be closed for tournaments during select dates. Advance tee times are required. Please contact the resort for closure dates. Some units contain a spiral staircase to reach upper level. Hotel and studio units with a maximum occupancy of 4 and privacy of 2 are best suited for two adults. Most studio units occupied by four and under are configured as hotel units.
