Mandatory security deposit fee is 300.00 USD for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. 3/4 Split 0 ALL The resort does not allow reservations under the same guest for more than 14 consecutive days. Guests with a reservation longer than 14 days must go through check-out, and then the front desk can check them in again. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. For after-hours emergencies call (407) 396-1800, extension 2165 to reach security. If the security guard does not answer the phone, please call (407) 633-8945 as they may be doing their rounds. CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS: DO NOT USE GPS TO LOCATE RESORT CHECK IN. Check-in is at the neighboring Club Sevilla Resort, 4646 W. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway, Kissimmee, FL 34746. GEVC at Fantasy World is located 2.3 miles from the check-in location. If arriving late, you MUST contact the resort in advance for check-in procedures. Please call Club Sevilla (407) 396-1800, Sunday-Friday from 8 am until 9 pm, and Saturday from 7 am through 10 pm.
