ADDITIONAL WEEKS.

· During the term of this Agreement, for each registered week indicated on the Cover Page, the Member may request 1 (one) additional week at Sister Resorts, for each year.

· This week will be called “Additional Weeks” and are a special promotion.


SISTER RESORT WEEKS

· For the Term of this Contract and for every Registered Week indicated on the Cover Page, Member may request 2 (two) “Sister Resort Weeks” at the Sister Resorts for use each year during the term of this Contract.

Total Additional Sister Resort Weeks Per Year: 3 (in addition to the 3 included in contract for the Emperor’s Private Reserve 2 Bedroom Villa)

RESERVATIONS

· For the Emperor’s Private Reserve, reservations for Registered Weeks may be requested subject to availability up to 12 (twelve) months in advance.

· For all Sister Resorts, reservations must be made in accordance with Sister Resorts policies, Reservations for Additional Weeks may be requested at Sister Resorts subject to availability up to 10 (ten) months in advance.

· Reservations for Sister Resort Weeks may be made at the Sister Resorts, subject to availability, up to 10 (ten) months in advance, except for periods of use between November 15 and March 30, in which case the reservation may only be made up to 8 (eight) months in advance.

Amenity Privileges

· GYM & SPA: use of all facilities of the gym and spa free of charge.

o This right of free usage includes use of the facilities only and does not include food and beverages, facial or other spa treatments, personal training or any other services available at the gym and spa.

· INTERNET: Free in-room internet access.

· TENNIS COURTS: Members and guests shall have the right to use the tennis courts free of charge.

o This right of free usage includes use of the facilities and use of towels only and does not include the cost of nighttime illumination, rental or purchase of equipment, food and beverages, or any other expenses associated with the use of the tennis courts.
