Notes: PLEASE NOTE: We can break up the days of the rental with a minimum
of 7 nights, or the full 17 days. We own the Villa from December 16 thru
January 2 each year. Contact us to get more exact terms for the days and
charges per day. The website did not allow for flexibility. We have Villa
10 each year from December 16- January 2 and Villa 12 each odd year on

Villas 10 and 12 are 2850SF luxury single family homes located close to
the Spa and Gym in a prime location on the resort with full access to all
resort amenities and an attached private carport. The Villa has private
pool and hot tub outside the back patio door which leads to the golf
course (currently not open but large grassy play area). Full kitchen and
8 top dinning room table. Court yard from the front door to the living
room with fountain. Private carport. High speed internet service and USA
cable stations. Master BR has desk, sitting area with couch, jet spa,
walk in shower, two vanities, safe, and lg closet. Fully equipped kitchen
