Mandatory amenities fee is 70.00 USD, per week, for all units. Only Credit Cards accepted. The fee must be paid by credit card through the email sent to you before your check-in date. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Most amenities and area attractions are seasonal and could be closed during your stay. For additional information, please contact the resort or check the city website. This building is a multi-level building with no elevators. Our resort is a chalet-style building with required stairs throughout the building. This means each unit will require at least a few stairs. Please note that the resort may not be suitable for people with walking difficulties, as there are stairs to access almost every unit in the building. The resort is unable to assign a different unit than the unit that is deposited in RCI by the owner. Guests cannot be moved to a different unit.
