Mandatory amenities fee is 75.00 U.S. dollars, per stay, for 2 Bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Mandatory amenities fee is 50.00 U.S. dollars, per stay, for 1 Bedroom units. Cash or Credit is accepted. Service fee is 25.00 to 35.00 U.S. dollars . Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Not all units have a Washer and Dryer. The resort has an onsite laundry facilities. Guests with mobility issues who don't contact the resort before their arrival will not be moved from the assigned unit. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Contact the resort prior to confirming the vacation to request any special needs during your stay.
