Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort has a strict non-smoking policy. No smoking in units: could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. ALL Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, Saturdays 8:30am-5:30pm, and closed on Sundays. Please review the resort's website: www.courtyardresorthyannis.com for check-in hours and late arrival instructions. Please call 508-775-8600 for late check-in so the resort can leave a key. Summer check-in starts at 4pm and ends at 5pm. No after-hours check-in unless notified in advance. Pool hours are Monday-Saturday, 9:00 am-9:00 pm. The pool is closed on Sunday. Units are recommended for one adult couple. This resort is a motel conversion. Shops, restaurants and attractions are seasonal. No Laundry facilities on site. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. Smoking is not allowed in units.
