Mandatory resort fee is 50.00 U.S. dollars, per week, for Studio units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory resort fee is 75.00 U.S. dollars, per week, for 1 Bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory resort fee is 90.00 U.S. dollars, per week, for 2 Bedroom units. Only Credit Cards accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. High altitude may aggravate certain health conditions. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Amenities and area attractions are seasonal. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Children under the age of 5 years old are NOT permitted in the hot tub per Utah State Law. Children 3 years old and younger are not allowed in the pool without the state mandated three layers of "containment" protection which are: (1) Certified Swimming Diaper, (2) Plastic liner (3) Swim Suit. Copper Chase Resort has self-check-in & self-check-out. We contact you two weeks before your arrival with a unit number and contact information. The mandatory Resort Fee will be collected during the check-in process. We have keyless entry door locks for your convenience, and the door code will be sent to you after the Resort Fee has been collected. If you have difficulties while checking in, please email
[email protected] for assistance. Copper Chase consists of two multi-floor buildings with no elevator access. Elevation is at 10,000 feet (3,000 Meters), so anyone with heart or respiratory disorders, or a history of altitude sickness may not wish to book this resort. There is a FREE town shuttle that provides local transportation. The resort is non-smoking, and smoking in units will result in a minimum $1,500.00 charge. Units are privately owned and this resort is NOT STAFFED. There is NO concierge, NO front desk, NO bell service, NO valet parking, NO room service, and NO daily housekeeping. There may be a few local restaurants open between seasons. State law requires vehicles driving to/from Brian Head to have 4-wheel drive or tire chains on tires between Nov. 1 and May 1.
