Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Credit card imprint required upon check-in at the resort. Please contact Resort for late arrival information, 24/48 hours prior to check-in to obtain late arrival details. AFVC members or guests of AFVC members, please be advised that you or anyone in your party can only stay or confirm a booking at Coconut Bay once every four years. Office hours are Sunday through Friday from 9am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 7pm. These are the office hours, not the check-in times. You may only exchange into this resort once every 4 years. No consecutive or concurrent bookings are allowed. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Confirmation paperwork is required upon check-in at the resort. The earliest you should contact the resort is 2 weeks prior to your check-in date. Contact the resort after confirmation of the vacation to coordinate Check-in or request any special needs during your stay.
