No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Unit maximum occupancy could not be exceeded. Children 2 years old and over are consider in the unit occupancy limits. If you need to add more people to the Reservation please contact Resort directly to find out if possible (depending on occupancy), and to pay the extra fee that will be applied for the additional person in the same room. Arrangements must be done previous to check-in. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Prior to travel, RCI recommends contacting your host resort as well as local, state and federal websites for advisories that may impact your travel or vacation experience. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. 1 in 4 year rule: you can only confirm into any (IDs 3169 and C191) once every 4 years, and is calculated per calendar year.
