Pool will be closed from May 4, 2026 to May 24, 2026. Swimming Pool will be closed from 04 May 2026 to 24 May 2026* for essential repairs. *Dates subject to change. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 0.15 EUR for all units, per person, per night. Cash or Credit is accepted. The Eco Tax is collected when checking in. Limited parking onsite Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. ALL The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests. For information about work that may be happening during your stay, please contact the resort directly. For late arrivals please notify the resort as soon as possible. The resort offers a daily shuttle service to Puerto De Mogan and Puerto Rico for a fee. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities.
