Pool will be closed from May 4, 2026 to May 24, 2026. Swimming Pool will be closed from 04 May 2026 to 24 May 2026* for essential repairs. *Dates subject to change. Mandatory security deposit fee is 100 EUR for all units, per stay. Only Credit Cards accepted. Mandatory tourist tax fee is 0.15 EUR for all units, per person, per night. Only Credit Cards accepted. Per the Council of Mogan, this is paid when checking in to the resort, regardless of age. Limited parking onsite Minimum age check-in is 18. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. 7 ALL Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. For the latest RCI policies applicable to RCI members please visit www.rci.com. A government issued photo ID is required at check-in. Resort cannot honor unit upgrades or moves. If applicable, additional fees for some utilities, including gas and electricity may be charged by the resort and varies based on stay duration, season, room size and actual usage, and is payable directly to the resort by you. These fees are not included in the total booking price. If arriving late, please notify the resort in advance. The resort offers a daily shuttle service to Puerto De Mogan and Puerto Rico for a fee. Parking near the resort area is very limited. The resort is not recommended for guests with walking disabilities and is not accessible by wheelchair. Bookings must be 7,14 or 21 nights and for the correct check in day. Incorrect bookings will be cancelled. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort endeavours to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
