Mandatory tourist tax per person per day fee is 0.15 Euros for all units. Cash or Credit is accepted. No Pets. Please contact the resort directly regarding its ADA/general service animal policy. Resort is not suitable for handicapped people, or people with walking difficulties. Occupancy limits are strictly enforced: Violations could result in forfeiture of the unit and/or other penalties. Security deposit required upon check-in at the resort. Hen and stag party bookings will not be accepted. The resort applies this policy strictly. Fees or deposits are charged for some amenities. In accordance with the Statute of Children and Adolescents, it is prohibited to arrive with children or adolescents to hotels without the parent’s authorization or supervision: It is required to present an identity document or birth certificate upon check in. Prior to travel, please check the resort website together with relevant local government websites for advice that may impact your travel or vacation experience. These fees are not included in the total booking price. Linen changes will be notified upon arrival at resort. For late arrivals please notify the resort as soon as possible. The resort offers a daily shuttle service to Puerto De Mogan and Puerto Rico for a fee. The resort operates an ongoing improvement programme so refurbishments may be taking place throughout the year. While the resort tries to keep noise and disruption to a minimum, there may be some disturbance to our guests.
